A perfect holiday for epicures

Dinner is served!

Our kitchen team is looking forward to spoiling you with a range of traditional South Tyrolean dishes and Italian delicacies. Grandma’s tried and tested recipes are still served, however, they have been reinterpreted with discernment and creativity.

THREE COURSE Á LA CARTE MENU

During the evening, we offer a varied three course à la carte menu with a fresh salad buffet. We also serve vegetarian dishes and special meals for our younger guests. We always use high quality products that provide the highest degree of flavour.

BREAKFAST BUFFET

You can start each day of your holiday with a plentiful and varied breakfast buffet comprising fresh bread rolls, a large selection of homemade jams, cakes, muesli, cold meats, fruit salad, yoghurt, juices, teas and freshly prepared egg dishes.

We are also able to cater for guests with allergies and food intolerances. Please notify us if you have any special requirements.

The Three Peaks are doubtless the most striking formation in the UNESCO World Heritage Dolomites, a group of mountains that comprise a unique Alpine world. The region’s manageable size, magnificent natural formations, and the history of its charismatic people make this a paradise for mountain lovers, not to mention the sheer number of activities and adventures to be had against this unique Alpine backdrop.
